We are confident in what we do and there is no better way to prove that than to offer a money back satisfaction guarantee.  We follow five bullet points strongly and each bullet point equals out to 20 percent of the money back guarantee.  To be refunded money back, a letter must be submitted to Music With Styles within 7 days following your event describing why you believe you should receive a refund for that item or items.  Requests will then be reviewed and awarded as seen fit.  A meeting may also be scheduled between yourself and Music With Styles to discuss the issues further.

• Planning: We take the time leading up to your event as serious as your event.  Music With Styles will make every attempt to meet with you before your date and help you plan your event.  We want to make sure that when your event arrives we are prepared and minimize the questions we have. 
• Setup:  We will make every attempt to be setup prior to any guests arriving. If we will be leaving the location between setup and the start of the event, some equipment will be taken with us. These items, such as computers, will be setup prior to the start time of the music.
• Professionalism:  We will come professionally dressed and will conduct ourselves in a professional manner all night long. 
  
• Music:  Music With STyles will follow what was laid out in your contract for music and will make sure that it has the vast majority if not all of the requests made prior to the event. 
  
• Flexibility:  We guarantee to adhere to your instructions on volume control during your event. We also guarantee to attempt to accommodate any changes you wish to make during your event. You are ultimately in charge and we work for you.
